SHIPPING

Orders are processed every morning at 9:00, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.

R-ÉLEVÉ ships throughout Italy and the world via couriers accredited on the national territory (i.e. UPS, GLS, DHL, SDA, etc.).
It is important to enter a correct email address and telephone number when ordering.

If the courier does not find anyone at the time of delivery, he will contact the customer by telephone to schedule a second delivery.
In case the customer is absent also at the second delivery stage, the order will be automatically returned to the sender.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00.

If the package is delivered in unsuitable conditions or appears to have been tampered with, we recommend accepting with reservation or refusing delivery. We also recommend contacting our Customer Service at info@r-eleve.com, sending photographic evidence of the conditions of the package upon delivery. This way we will be able to promptly forward a complaint to the courier.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard: 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Abroad: 2-4 working days (excluding Saturdays and public holidays)
R-ELEVE by Raffaella Polito is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls, or to causes of force majeure.
During national holidays, shipments may take longer.
In all cases, R-ÉLEVÉ reserves the right to postpone shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose the payment method you prefer between credit card, prepaid card, Paypal or cash on delivery, i.e. payment in cash on delivery.
The cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, Postepay, AMEX, American Express.
The permit is only available in Italy and costs (i) €3 for any purchase up to €150; (ii) €5 for any purchase up to €300; (iii) free in some areas of the Campania Region.

E-GIFT CARD

E-gift cards are exclusively digital products and will be sent via email.

The e-gift card is valid for 12 months from the moment of purchase.

Any communication relating to the use of the E-GIFT CARD may be sent via email to info@r-eleve.com.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The purchase of an e-gift card is not refundable. Following the purchase made using the E-GIFT CARD, you can exercise the right of return for size or color change, according to the methods and times indicated above. In the event of a return of the purchase, the E-GIFT CARD will be reactivated with a value equal to the purchase made. In the event that a monetary difference had to be paid, this will be refunded with the same payment method used to pay the missing amount.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The purchase of the E-GIFT CARD involves the communication of the personal data of the person making the purchase, which will be processed by the owner company in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the Privacy section.
