RETURNS:

You can request a return for any product within 14 days from the delivery date.
To proceed with the return, it is necessary to fill out the appropriate return form available on the site by clicking here.

After completing the form, send the product to be returned with the courier of your choice to this address: R-ELEVE di Raffaella Polito, corso Alcide De Gasperi 153-80053 Castellammare di Stabia (NA).

The shipping costs of the returned product are the responsibility of the customer.
R-ÉLEVÉ will refund the customer the full amount already paid, net of shipping costs.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in an intact state of conservation, with the original labels and with careful packaging in order to safeguard the original packaging.

CHANGES:

Our courier will come, after notifying you via email, to collect the product to be exchanged within 5 days of completing the form. Please be at the collection address.
It will be possible to change the size and/or color of the same item previously purchased. It is not possible to change it with an item other than the one purchased.
In order to proceed with the exchange, the product must be returned in an intact state of conservation, with the original labels and with careful packaging in order to safeguard the original packaging.
NB The courier will only come once to collect the package, after notification by email or telephone. Make sure that someone is at the indicated address to be able to correctly collect it. Otherwise the collection will not be carried out automatically, but you will have to request the exchange/return again.

Return e-gift card

The purchase of an e-gift card is not refundable. Following the purchase made using the E-GIFT CARD, you can exercise the right of return for size or color change, according to the methods and times indicated above. In the event of a return of the purchase, the E-GIFT CARD will be reactivated with a value equal to the purchase made. In the event that a monetary difference had to be paid, this will be refunded with the same payment method used to pay the missing amount.
